Build a Safe Nursing Chain by Problem Based Method

目的探讨临床安全管理中保证护理安全的科学方法论和有效创新策略。方法创新和运用以问题为本的管理(PBM;ProblemBasedManaging)和以问题为本的护理(PBN;ProblemBasedNursing)识别和规避临床风险,构建安全护理链。结果80.9%的护士长认为PBM是体现了护理程序的科学思维方法,78.7%认为该方法是一项安全管理的重要举措,降低了一般护理差错率,规避了现存和潜在的各种风险,提高了管理者对问题的洞察力,培养了护理人员解决问题的能力。结论护理人员对问题的识别能力有待加强,管理者对问题的科学解决能力有待提高,以问题为本是临床安全护理的有力保证。

Objective： To explore scientific methodology and effective new strategy of ensuring nursing safety in clinical safety management. Method：To build a safe nursing chain by using and renovating problem based managing （PBM） and problem based nursing （PBN） to identify and avoid clinical risk. Results ： 80. 9% of head nurses think PBM is a scientific thinking reflecting nursing procedure. 78.7% of them believe it to be important step of safety management, with a result of decreasing general nursing mistakes, avoiding present and potential risks, enhancing the understanding ability of managers, and developing the ability of nurses in solving problems. Conclusion： Nurses＇ ability of identifing problems yet to be strengthened, managers＇ experience in tackling problems scientifically yet to be enhanced. Problem based method is a strong guarantee for clinical nursing safety.
