三元共聚丙烯酸酯类离子聚合物的制备方法对其结构的影响

摘要 本文研究了一种新型的BA/MMA/AA三元共聚丙烯酸酯类离子聚合物的结构与制备方法的关系。结果表明,沉淀法制得的离子聚合物仅有单一的玻璃化温度(T_g),直加法可制得T_g不同的离子聚合物;用透射电镜(TEM)观察了离子聚合物的相态结构,发现染色法得到的离子簇相区尺寸为10~1~10~2,但加入法却得到了分布均匀的10~4级的离子簇相区。 The characterization of a new ionomer based on butyl acrylate/methyl methacrylate / acrylic acid and the relationship between preparing methods and microstructure of the ionomer were studied in this paper. The result showed that the ionomers obtained from precipitation method have only one Tg and that the ionomer obtained from adding method have different Tg. The morphology of the ionomer was observed by TEM. It was found that the domain size of ionic phase was concerned with methods of preparing. In general, thedomain size of ionic phase was 101-102A, but the 104A domain distributing well in matrix was also observed.
