运用治理与善治理论方法,从我国乡村治理的历史起点及演进逻辑出发,站在构建社会主义和谐社会和社会主义新农村建设的现实角度,探讨我国乡村治理的目标选择和路径依赖,提出"乡村善治构建和谐乡村"的理论设想。

This article applies principles and methods of governs and friendly-governs theory, takes the preliminary village＇s governs and the logical evolution of the country at the beginning, joints the realistical angle that harmonious society reconstrucion and new rural construction,which studies the target and way selection of our countries＇ village governs, and proposes that ＂village friendly-governs constructs harmonioas vollage ＂ as a new thought.
