As an important variation in phonetics, allophonic variations of English phonemes and aUophonic variations have their own laws of formation and form a great obstacle to the English learning among Chinese students. This paper makes a detailed analysis and statement of the rules and laws of allophonic variations of English phonemes and allophonic variations in sentences in order to help English learners for a good mastery and proper use of them in the process of English learning.
