广东省药品网上采购阳光工程的实施及体会

Experiences of Online Medicine Procurement Sunshine Project in Guangdong Province

目的:推动药品采购工作规范化。方法:分析、评价《广东省医疗机构药品网上限价竞价阳光采购实施方案(试行)》制订及实施过程的主要亮点,并指出存在的问题。结果与结论:广东省药品网上采购阳光工程取得初步成效,合理降低了药品价格,保障了医疗机构临床用药需要,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE： To promote standardization of medicine procurement. METHODS： The key points in the setting and enforcement of ＂The Online Restrictive and Competitive Priced Medicine Procurement Sunshine Program for Guangdong Medical Institutions＂ was analyzed and evaluated, and the problems were pointed out. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Medicine procurement sunshine project carried out in Guangdong province has achieved initial success, which deserves to be popularized for it has helped cut down the price reasonably and ensure clinical demand on medication.
