摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定非布丙醇胶丸中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为SphensorbC18,流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为270nm,进样量为10μL。结果:非布丙醇检测浓度的线性范围为0.2~1.6mg.mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为103.77%(RSD=1.85%)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of the principal agent in febuprol pills. METHODS: The principal agent was separated on Sphensorb C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol - water (65 : 35).The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ; the UV detection wavelength was 270 nm and the sample size was 10μL. RESULTS:The standard curve of febuprol was linear over the range of 0.2~1.6 mg· mL^-1( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of febuprol was 103.77% with RSD at 1.85%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple and accurate, and it can be used as a quality control for febuprol pills.
