摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定复方间苯二酚洗剂中间苯二酚、水杨酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil C18,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(10∶10∶80),检测波长为276nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,进样量为20μL,柱温为30℃。结果:间苯二酚、水杨酸检测浓度的线性范围均为160~480μg.mL-1(r=0.9998、r=0.9994);平均回收率分别为100.06%(RSD=0.72%)、100.06%(RSD=0.52%)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of resorcin and salicylic acid in compound resorcin lotion. METHODS: The determination was conducted on C18 column with column temperature at 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- methanol- water (10 : 10 : 80) with flow rate at 1.0mL · min^ -1. The detection wavelength was set at 276mn and the sample size was 20μL. RESULTS: The linear ranges of resorcin and salylic acid were all at 160~480μg · mL^-1(r = 0.999 8、 r = 0.999 4). The average recoveries of resorcin and salylic acid were 100.06% (RSD = 0.72% )and 100.06% (RSD = 0.52% ), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of resorcin and salicylic acid in compound resorcin lotion.
