摘要
分析了企业信息化的内容,探讨了信息化战略对企业的意义和所蕴藏的巨大风险,指明了企业为保证信息化成功应明确的指导思想,并论证了企业信息化建设必须进行管理变革、制度创新,说明了企业在经营理念、运营模式、组织结构、管理方法、竞争合作方式等方面管理变革的趋势,以及管理变革促进企业信息化进程的方式。
In this article the author analyzed the definition and content of enterprise informatization, discussed its strategic significance and risks, point out the guide of implementing networking, demonstrate that an enterprise must change its management and innovate its institutions under construction of informatization, and finally explain the changing trends from the aspects of operational philosophy and patterns, enterprise structure, management methods, modes of competition and cooperation, and the manners of enhancing enterprise informatization by means of management reform.
