摘要
铁路施工企业要在市场竞争中求发展,就要不断加强自身管理水平,加强企业的绩效管理,其中抓好员工绩效管理工作尤为关键。从分析绩效管理理念出发,探讨了员工绩效管理中的员工薪酬福利、员工成长发展、员工职位和目标管理、考核的合理化以及为员工建立备忘录。
If railway construction enterprises want to develop in market competition, they must strengthen self management level and enterprises' performance management, among them, employee performance management is especially important. Based on analyzing the concept of performance management, this paper discussed the employee salary and welfare, employee growth and development, employee post and aim management, reasonable assessment and building memoire for employee in employee performance management.
