摘要
[目的]为了比较以细胞工程技术获得的耐低磷玉米自交系99043、99038及玉米骨干自交系齐319的低磷耐受性。[方法]采用砂培方法,从低磷耐受性、植株生物量、磷吸收效率、利用效率等方面探讨了耐低磷自交系生理特性的差异,比较了3种玉米自交系的低磷耐受性。[结果]990439、9038的低磷忍耐能力高于齐319,干物质累积量显著高于齐319,磷营养胁迫的敏感性明显小于齐319;磷胁迫下,990439、9038吸收磷素量及磷利用率均显著高于齐319。[结论]该结果初步确定了990439、9038在苗期比齐319具有更好的耐低磷能力,可为培育耐低磷玉米提供新的种质资源。
[Objective]The purpose of study is to compare the low-phosphorus tolerance of maize inbred lines 99043, 99038 obtained by cell engineering and main maize inbred line Qi 319. [Method]In sand culture, the physiological differences of maize inbred lines with low-phosphorus tolerance on aspects of low-phosphorus tolerance, plant biomass, phosphorus absorption and utilization efficiency were discussed, and the tolerances of 3 maize inbred lines were compared. [Result]Compared with Qi 319, the low-phosphorus tolerances of 99043 and 99038 were higher, their dry matter accumulation contents were significantly higher, and their sensitivity to phosphorus nutrition stress was obviously lower. Under phosphorus stress, their phosphorus absorption and utilization efficiency were significantly higher than those of Qi 319. [Conclusion]The results preliminarily confirmed that the maize inbred lines 99043 and 99038 had stronger low-phosphorus tolerance than Qi 319 in seedling stage, and they could supply new germplasm resources for breeding maize with low- phosphorus tolerance.
