摘要
目前并行工程的研究着重于解决技术可行性问题，而对并行工程环境下的企业组织和决策过程研究甚少．本文提出用多智能体（ＭｕｌｔｉａｇｅｎｔＳｙｓｔｅｍ）的组织结构来描述并行工程环境下的企业组织方式和决策行为。
The study of concurrent engineering(CE) is mainly focus on the technical solutions. Little has been done which concerns the company organization under the CE environment. This paper presents a multiagent framework applied in CE and a general agent structure. At the end, the future research direction is pointed out.
