积极探索山东体育学院运动员文化教育的新模式

New mode of culture education for athletes of Shandong Institute of PE and Sports

“三合一”之后的新山东体育学院,运动员文化教育包括四部分,即对年龄处于九年义务教育阶段的专业队运动员、五年制专科运动员、成人教育大中专专业队运动员、普通教育本科专业队运动员的教育。为切实加强运动员的文化教育工作,全面提高运动员的思想道德水平和科学文化素质,学院专门下发文件进一步明确各有关部门和单位的职责,优化整合学院内部的教育资源,把不同年龄阶段、不同层次的运动员文化教育纳入到统一管理的轨道上,实行院校化管理,掌握运动员教育的特殊规律,破解学训矛盾,推进体教结合,积极探索实践运动员文化教育的新模式并取得一定成绩。

After the ＂3 in 1 ＂reforn of the new Shandong institute of PE, athletes＇ culture education consists of four parts： the professional athletes at the nine - year compulsory education, the five - year high - school - to - junior - college education, the sports - school - to - junior - college adult education and normal educational bachelor degree education. In order to strengthen the work of athletes＇ cultrue education and improve the athletes＇ thought - moral level and qualities of science and cuhrue completely, the institute issued document specially for defining the responsibility of ,all related departments and units further, optimized and integrated the innereducation resources, brought the cultrue education of the athletes with different age brackets and different levels into a unified managing traek, implemented universities and colleges management, grasped the special law of athletes＇ education, broken down the contradictory between training and learning, impelled the unite of sports and education, explored the new mode of cultrue education for athletes of Shandong Institute of PE and Sports actively and aequired definite achievements.
