本文介绍了用８０９８单片机测量三相交流电能的设计思想和实现方法，详细描述了系统的硬件电路和软件设计，阐述了“硬件软化”的设计方法。
This paper introduces the designing idea and realization method of measuring 3-phase electric energy with 8098 microcontroller. It describes the hardware circuit and software design of system in detail as well and explaines the designing method of solving hardware problem in the form of software, briefly states the step of raising systems reliability.
