中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫40例

Treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in 40 patients

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。[方法]采用中医针药并用配合胃肠道动力药西沙必利片治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者40例,并与单用西沙必利片治疗25例进行随机对照研究。[结果]治疗组与对照组比较疗效有明显差异(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合疗法效果优于单纯应用西药治疗。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating diabetic gastroparesis. [Methods] The patients with diabetic gastroparesis in treatment group （40 cases） were treated by Chinese medicine, acupuncture and cisapride and those of control group （cases） by cisapride only. [Results] There was obvious difference in curative effect between treatment group and control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusions] The curative effect of combined TCM with western medicine has an advantage when compared with western medicine only.
