摘要
审美和功利的矛盾是贯穿文学始终的矛盾。中国现代审美性文学并非人们所想象的那样不讲功利,它们反对直接的现实功用,主张从"人"的角度实现文学内在的独特价值。这其中,20年代的周作人首树"人的文学"的大旗,30年代的沈从文、40年代的徐訏分别从两个方面实践和丰富了这一主张。
The clashes between utilitarianism and aesthetic appreciation are always hand in hand from the beginning to the end in literature. Chinese modern literature, unlike what people think, is also utilitarian. However, it is against direct and realistic utilitarianism and propagates the internal value of literature from the point of view of "human beings". This was advocated by Zhou Zuoren in the 20s, Shen Congwen in the 30s and Xu Xu in the 40s in the 20th century.
