遗传性Ⅹ因子缺乏症合并干燥综合征1例报告
摘要
患者女，47岁。因反复牙龈出血、便血伴经期延长近40年，腹腔出血2年，皮下出血8个月，于2006年11月15日入院。患者1968年无诱因反复出现牙龈出血，量多，未诊治。1970年无诱因出现鲜红色血便伴晕厥，输血、止血治疗后好转，其后间断出现便中带鲜血。1972年月经来潮后经期延长，最长达45d，经量大，查Hb4～6g／L，间断输血治疗。
