^(18)F-FDG PET显像在健康人群中筛查肿瘤的意义

Value of ^(18)F-FDG PET in tumor screening in healthy people

目的探讨健康人群以18F-FDG PET显像进行体检的应用价值。方法回顾性分析1086例健康人的体检18F-FDG PET显像的资料,定性和半定量分析PET重建图像,并和随访结果进行比较。结果18F-FDG PET显像发现恶性病变8例(0.74%),良性病变63例(5.80%);受检者年龄分布以41~60岁组最多,恶、良性病变发现率分别占受检者总人数的0.55%和3.50%。结论18F-FDG PET显像在健康人群,尤其是中年人筛查肿瘤中具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of ^18F-FDG PET in tumor screening in healthy people. Methods The ^18F-FDG PET imaging data of 1 086 healthy people were retrospectively studied. The reconstructed images of PET were analyzed qualitatively and semiquantitatively, and were correlated with the findings of follow-up. Results Eight malignancies （0.74%） and 63 （5.80%） benign lesions were demonstrated by ^18F-FDG PET imaging. Most subjects were aged between 41 and 60 years, with the malignant rate of 0.55% and benign rate of 3.50% among all the subjects. Conclusion ^18F-FDG PET plays an active role in tumor screening in healthy people, especially in middle-aged population.
