摘要
介绍了甲基磺酸亚锡的合成原理和实验步骤,分析了产物成分,研究了实验条件对甲基磺酸亚锡产率的影响。结果表明,本工艺合成路线简单,产物为白色固体,产率高,产品纯度高,最佳工艺为温度140°C,反应时间5.5h,最好使用直径为3mm的锡粒。
The synthetic principle and preparation process of tin methanesulfonate were introduced, the product composition was analyzed and the influence of experiment conditions on the yield of tin methanesulfonate was studied. The results show that the technics has simple synthetic route producing high purity white solid with high yield. The optimal process parameters are as follows: temperature is 140 ℃, time is 5.5 h and the tin grain with 3 mm diameter is preferred.
