心功能不全与血尿酸的相关性分析及护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸与心功能不全的关系。方法选择356例住院心功能不全患者,应用尿酸氧化酶法测定血尿酸浓度,分析心功能程度与尿酸浓度的关系。结果166例心功能4级患者血尿酸浓度及高尿酸血症(HUA)的发生率明显高于190例心功能1~3级患者,差异有显著性意义。结论HUA是心血管疾病恶化的一个危险因素,控制和降低血尿酸水平对预后有重要的临床意义。
