颅面联合及经额开颅切除侵入前颅窝的筛窦肿瘤2例报告

Craniofacial Joint and Transfrontal Approaches for Tumors Resection in Ethmoid Sinuses of Involving Anterior Cranial Fossa

我们与神经外科合作，对２例筛窦肿瘤侵犯前颅窝患者行手术治疗。其中１例为晚期筛窦癌采用颅面联合径路，另１例为筛骨巨大骨瘤经额开颅切除。本文报道２例患者治疗经过，并提出手术适应症、禁忌症及详细介绍手术方法。

This paper reports 2 cases of tumor lesion in ethmoid sinuses of involving anterior cranial fossa One was carcinoma of ethmoid sinuses,another was huge osteoma of ethmoid sinuses They were all surgically treated by combined craniofacial and transfrontal approaches The advantages were:almost equally full surgical exposure,reliable repair and reconstruction of the anterior skull base with elimination of severe intracranial complication
