The core competence of enterprises is the source of sustainable competitive advantage.The core technology competence is the key of the core competence of enterprises because of characteristics of high-tech enterprise. Based on the content analysis of high-tech enterprises and the core technology competence, the paper explores the construction of the high-tech enterprises competitive advantage from two aspects such as how to cultivate the core technology competence and how to maintain the core technology competence.
