摘要
文章分析了施工企业人力资源管理现状,介绍了人力资本构架理论,通过分析提出了施工企业核心人才管理的方法。
The human resources management actuality of the construction enterprises was analyzed, and the human capital architecture theory was introduced in this paper. Through the analysis, measures to manage the key talents of the construction enterprises were presented.
