模型化合物法探讨碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料界面化学反应可能性

摘要 以环氧氯丙烷模拟环氧树脂,用裂解色谱法研究了碳纤维表面基团与环氧氯丙烷的反应。结果表明,碳纤维经HNO_3氧化处理1小时,与环氧氯丙烷一同加热回流5小时,碳纤维表面基团反应百分数q=43%。据此推断复合材料界面碳纤维表面基团可与环氧发生化学反应。 The reactions between α-epichlorohydrin and carbon fibre surface groups have been studied by the GPC technique. The carbon fibres were oxidized in HNO3 for 1 hour, and then refluzed in epoxide. Occording to our experimental results it was confirmed that a-epichlorohydrin can react with the carbon fibre surface groups. The reaction content of carbon fibre surface groups was 43% for 5 hours reaction at 116℃. It was also assumed from our experimental results that chemical bondings do exist in CF/EP composites interface.
