摘要
河口黄河特大桥13#墩位于主河道高水位处,基础承台在卵石及泥岩地质处,上面是人工填土石筑岛.施工时在承台周围采用3排(或双排)孔注浆,形成防水帷幕;且基坑每开挖1.0 m,浇注1层圆形钢筋混凝土护圈.为避免使用下沉混凝土围堰,在这样高水位、地质复杂情况下,采用注浆帷幕、钢筋混凝土护圈施工了该深水基础.该方法施工投资小、效率高,对类似的深水基础施工有参考价值.
The No. 13 bridge pier of Yellow River Bridge in Hekou is located in the main river course. The base of abutment is on the mudstone where man-made island with back-filling. In constructing the above-said pier, there are three (or double) rows of concrete-filling of the abutment which a water-proof circle curtain is done. As the base was dug for 1.0 m deep, a layer of reinforced concrete is circled for protection. In order to avoid use of the such concrete coffer under this complex circumstance of deep water and the changeable geologies, the construction method of filling concrete curtain coffer circle is done. This successful method with less-investment and high efficiency is of reference to other operations of bridge pier of base construction.
