Lipo PGE1对蛛网膜下腔出血患者体感诱发电位的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察蛛网膜下腔出血后体感诱发电位(SEP)改变及前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)对其的影响。方法自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者93例,随机分为治疗组(n=65)和对照组(n=28)。治疗组静脉滴注Lipo PGE1,同时行其他传统治疗方法;对照组不使用Lipo PGE1,其余治疗措施同治疗组。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、SEP及预后情况的改变。结果两组患者的N20峰潜伏期治疗后均较治疗前延长(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组的N20峰潜伏期与对照组比较明显较短(P<0.05);治疗组脑血管痉挛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组预后较佳。结论SAH患者存在SEP异常,Lipo PGE1能改善SAH后神经功能障碍。 Objective To investigate the changes of somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) in subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) and influence from lipid microspheres prostaglandin El( Lipo PGE1). Methods Ninty-three patients with SAH were randomly divided into control group (treated with nomal drugs) and Lipo PGE1 treatment group (treated with nomal drugs and Lipo PGE1 ). Clinical outcomes and changes of SEP before and after the treatment were observed. Results After the treatment, the latency of N20 wave was prolonged in both groups( P 〈 0.01 ) , and a shorter latency of N20 wave was found in the Lipo PGE1 treatment group ( P 〈 0.05). A better prognosis was observed in the Lipo PGE1 treatment group, with a lower incidence rate of cerebral vasospasm ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The abnormality of SEP can be detected in patients after SAH, and can be alleviated by Lipo PGE1.
