摘要
人力资源管理课程是目前我国高校管理学科在MBA和管理类研究生教学,以及经济管理类本科生教学中普遍开设的核心课程之一,本文针对当前各高校开展的人力资源管理课程的现状,提出了一些课程内容和教学方法方面的新设想,其中包括教学内容"三层次更新"和理论与实践相结合等的课程内容更新,以及团队教学与团队学习相结合、主课与讲座相结合这"两个结合"的教学方法创新。
Human Resources Management is one of the core courses for graduates and undergraduates of Economical Management and in MBA. In view of the present state of Human Resources Management, we offer some new tentative plans about the content and teaching method of the course, including the " three-level updating" and the integration of theory and practice. Innovation in teaching method includes " two unions", the integration of team teaching and team study as well as the integration of main subjects and extracurricular lectures.
