补虚散结胶囊对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞增殖动力学的影响

Effect of Buxu Sanjie Capsule on Multiplication Dynamics of Lewis Cells of Mice with Lung Cancer

目的:观察补虚散结胶囊对肺癌瘤株Lewis肺癌细胞增殖动力学的影响,探讨补虚散结胶囊治疗肺癌疗效机理。方法:用血清药理学方法进行增效试验,MTT法检测A590值,以每组测得光密度平均值作为药物效应值。结果:补虚散结胶囊配合替加氟组Lewis肺癌细胞存活率低于单纯替加氟组。结论:补虚散结胶囊配合化疗疗效满意,其疗效机理与补虚散结胶囊抑制肿瘤细胞增殖有关。

Objective: to observe theeffect of Buxu Sanjie Capsule on multiplication dynamics of Lewis cells of mice with lung cancer, and to discuss its curative mechanismin treating lung cancer. Methods: Serum pharmacologywas used to conduct synergia experiment, MTT to examine A590 withthe average optical density as drug effector. Results: survival rate of Lewis cells in Buxu Sanjie Capsuleand Tegafur group was lower than that in pure Tegafur group. Conclusion:Buxu Sanjie Capsule in addition to chemotherapyhas better curative effect, whose mechanism may be relevant to its inhibiting multiplication of tumor cells.
