摘要
我国煤矿瓦斯防治与开发利用工作正处于特殊而重要的历史发展阶段,本文介绍了过去一段时间内煤矿瓦斯防治与开发利用工作取得的新进展,在此基础上总结了目前煤矿瓦斯防治与开发利用工作在综合协调、理念意识、政策体系等方面发生的实质性变化,提出了把煤矿瓦斯防治工作推向纵深的目标以及需要落实的五点措施。
The work on coal mine gas prevention and control, development and utilization is at the historical stage of special and important development. The progress made in the area in the past of years has been introduced, and the current substantial changes of comprehensive coordination, idea and awareness, policy system and other aspects have been summarized compared with those in the past in the paper. The author has put forward with the objective of deep improvement of coal mine gas prevention and control, and five measures that needed to put into effect.
