ELECTRICAL CONDUCTION MECHANISM IN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE POWDER/POLYMER COMPOSITES

摘要 综述了由粉末导电填料与聚合物母体配制而成的导电高分子材料的导电机理。此类材料导电机理异常复杂,目前主要有两种看法,即“导电通道”学说以及“隧道效应”学说或“电场发射”学说。 The electrical conduction mechanism of the conductive powder/polymer composites is very complex, and a number of different theories have been proposed. However, with regard to the principle electrical conduction mechanism,the two theories,namely,the conduction pathway theory and tunnel effect theory or electric field emission theory, are considered the most important. Based on some literatures published, these theories are reviewed in this paper. The survey also discusses the relationship between the conductive filler content and the electrical conductivity of such materials.
