摘要
采用三元乙丙橡胶和氟橡胶并用的生胶,在工艺上解决了共混和共硫化技术关键问题,研制出能够在350℃高温水蒸汽中工作的橡胶密封材料。该种材料在胜利油田单家寺稠油开发区测温测压应用192井次,取样应用18井次,成功率100%,完全满足目前高温高压注汽工艺的要求。
A new method for mingling ethylene-prepylene-diene rubber and fluoro rubber and sulphurating the mixture to produce a new thermal-resistant rubber material is presented. The new rubber can sustain a high temperature up to 350℃. The sealing elements made from this rubber have been used in Shan Jia Si cyclic steam injection project for pressure surveying and sampling purpose. Up to now, more than 200 operations have been made without any sealing elements failure. Field test result indicates that the new rubber can meet the need of high pressure and high temperature steam injection operation.
