摘要 目的运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对一起C群流脑爆发疫情所分离的菌株进行同源性分析。方法对分离的脑膜炎奈瑟菌进行血清学鉴定后,并进行PFGE分析和确定分子分型。结果在疫情中分离的6株C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株的PFGE谱型相同,聚类图谱分析相似性为100%,而与韶关翁源1株从健康人分离到的菌株谱型完全不同。结论PFGE可以作为爆发流行中对细菌进行鉴定和确定菌株的感染来源。 Objective To analyze the strains isolated from an outbreak of epidmeic cerebrospinal meningitis occurred in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province due to Neisseria meningococcus of C Group ( Nm C) , Methods The seven strains of C group of Nesseria meningitis isolated were molecularly typed by pulsed - field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) after serological differentiation. Results The mapping of six out of the seven strains were belonged to the same pattern by PFGE with similarity of 100% and the mapping of another strains isolated from Wengyuan of Shaoguan City was totally different. Conclusion This outbreak of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis is caused by Nm C and PFGE can be used for identification of pathogenic bacteria in an outbreak of a disease.
