STAT4在银屑病患者皮损中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and significance of STAT4 mRNA in patient with psoriasis vulgaris

目的研究银屑病患者皮损内信号转导和转录激活因子4(STAT4)的表达及其临床意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定20例寻常型银屑病患者皮损内及17例正常对照者皮肤中STAT4mRNA的定量表达,采用直线相关回归分析方法分析STAT4mRNA的表达与银屑病病情严重指数(PASI)的关系。结果银屑病患者皮损内STAT4mRNA高于正常对照者皮肤内的表达水平(P=0.0016)。其表达与患者病情严重程度呈显著的正相关(r=0.78465,P<0.0001)。结论STAT4可能在银屑病的发病中其重要作用。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of signal transducers and activators of transcription 4 （STAT4） in psoriatic lesional skin, Methods Twenty adult patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 17 health controls were sequentially enrolled in this study. The quantitative expression of STAT mRNA was determined by real - time polymerase chain reaction, The relationship between STAT and disease severity（PASI） was assessed by correlation analysis, Results Expression of STAT mRNA in psoriasis lesional skin was higher than that of control subjects （ P = 0.0016）, Expression of STAT mRNA was markedly positively correlated with that of PASI （r = 0.78465, P 〈 0.0001） . Conclusion STAT may play an important role in the development and advance of psoriasis vulgaris.
