薄层扫描法测定亮舒片中齐墩果酸的含量

Determination of oleanolic in Liangshu tablets by TLCS

目的建立亮舒片中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法在硅胶G薄层板上,以环己烷-丙酮-乙酸乙酯(5:2:1)为展开剂,采用双波长薄层扫描法测定,λS=530nm,λR=700nm。结果齐墩果酸点样量在0.25～3.0μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9970,回收率为99.55%,RSD小于5%。结论薄层扫描法测定舒片中齐墩果酸含量灵敏、简便、准确、易行,可用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for determination of oleanolic in Liangshu tablets by thin - layer scanning （TLCS）. Methods The analysis was performed on silica gel G, with a developer of cyclohexane - acetone - ethylacetat（5 ： 2 ： 1 ）, and spray reagent of 10% sulfuric acid - ethanol, the detection wavelength was λs = 530nm, λR = 700nm. Results A good linear relationship of oleanolic was obtained within the range of 0,25 - 3.0μg（ r = 0,9970）, and the average recovery rates were 99.55 % and RSD was 2.9%. Conclusion The methods is simple, accurate and reproducible
