两种不同宫颈上药方法的效果研究

目的探讨一种简便、快捷、节约药粉的宫颈上药方法。方法在橡胶吸球底部剪一圆形切口,高压灭菌,把药粉装入吸球内,用医用胶布封住切口,用窥阴器暴露宫颈后,使吸球的尖嘴部对准宫颈创面,用手挤压吸球底部,使药粉喷洒在宫颈创面上。结果该宫颈上药方法与传统的宫颈上药方法相比,具有一次上药准确性高、上药所需时间短及节约药粉的优点。结论使用橡胶吸球进行宫颈上药的方法,无论是上药准确性、上药操作所需的时间及节约药粉方面,都明显优于传统的宫颈上药方法,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To probe a convinient, quick and medicine saving method of applying medicine to uterus neck. Method make a round cut at the bottom of a rubber ball aspirator, after autoclave treatment, the aspirator is filled with powder medicine and seal]ed with medical plaster, then expose the uterus neck with a vagiuoscope, point the painted opening of the aspirator at the wound of the uterus neck, then squeeze the ruhber hall and spray the powder to the wound. Result compared with the old method of applying medicine to uterus neck, this one is more accurate and quicker, and it also saves power medicine. Conclusion the method of applying medicine to uterus neck with a rubber ball aspirator is obviously better than that of the traditional one in the aspects of acuracy operation time and medicine saving, hence it is worth promoting in clinical use.
