摘要 提出了一种新的合金钢试样的酸分解法——H_2SO_4-KCl 法。用该法分解试样,测定了含有抗酸性较强的氮化物的6个合金钢标样和滚珠钢的氮含量。结果表明:方法准确,重复性良好,其变动系数为3.3%—5.1%。并且方法简单、经济、易行。 A new method was developed for decomposing alloy steel samples by useof acids, i.e. the H_2SO_2- KCl method. By this method 6 different alloy steelsamples containing various anti- acid nitrides were determined, as well as thenitrogen content in ball bearing steel. The results show that this method issimple and easy to use, economical and accurate with good repetitiveness. Thefluctuation coefficient is found between 3.3% and 5.1%.
