Research on the Development of Farm Products Processing Industrial Clusters and the Relief of Problems in Rural Areas in Hubei

产业集群在理论和实践上被证明是一种有效的区域发展模式,而农产品加工产业集群是农业产业集群的一种重要发展模式。位于中部地区的湖北省农产品加工产业集群的发展从一定程度上缓解了集群区域的“三农”问题,有利于促进“中部崛起”,但其与发达地区相比仍有较大差距。对此地方政府应适度作为,依据本地比较优势通过合理规划园区、引导中小企业集聚、重视优势产业等培育特色和品牌产业集群,通过打造集群品牌、宣扬信任合作的文化氛围、扶持中介服务体系等措施将现有集群做大做强。

It has been proved that establishing industrial clusters is an effective regional developing pattern ,and the farm products processing industrial cluster is an important pattern of agricultural Cluster. The research on the development of farm products processing industrial clusters in Hubei shows that the industrial clusters exist and develop well in central China. And the problems relating to agriculre, rural areas and farmers in these regions have been relieved in a way because of them. So the industrial clusters should be paid attention to, clusters with specific characteristics should be developed according to the region＇s advantages,and the clusters which have been formed need to be upgraded.
