以交易费用理论为基础,分析了供应链中存在的交易费用,指出供应链是一种新的资源配置方式,供应链中的节点企业构成了虚拟企业。为了解决虚拟企业的边界问题,引入价格折扣策略模型来计算构成供应链前后各个企业的成本和利润变化情况,从数量上确定是否应该把一企业吸收为供应链节点企业。

The article analyzes the cost in the supply chain based on transaction cost theory and points out that supply chain is a method of resource deployment. All the node interprises in the supply chain form a dummy enterprise. In order to confirm the dummy enterprise＇s boundary, the article introduces the policy of price discount to calculate the change of cost and profit after the supply chain foundation, and then determine whether to integrate a enterprise into the supply chain.
