Technology is one of key factor of institutional innovation. It has great impact on the development of country＇s hi-tech industry. Based on analyzing the influence of traditional ideology to the researcher＇s innovation work in our country, it points out the importance of ideology to the development of hi-tech industry and brings forward some suggestion for improving the ideology environment.
