DNA遗传转化是人们进行菌种改良、有用基因克隆或基因功能研究的重要途径。丝状真菌的DNA转化方法有CaCl2/PEG介导的原生质体的转化、基因枪转化、电穿孔转化、限制酶介导(REMI)的转化、根癌农杆菌介导(ATMT)的转化等几种方法。
DNA genetic transformation is an important method to improve the strains, gene cloning and function gene assignment. Transformation methods of filamentous fungi have CaCl2/PEG Mediated Protoplasts Transformation, Biolistics, Electroporation, Restriction Enzyme Mediated Integration (REMI) and Agrobacterium Tumefaciens Mediated Transformation (ATMT).
