The Development of the System for Gas/CNG Dual Fuel Used in Mendeo Taxi

在长安福特蒙迪欧汽油车的基础上,匹配了先进的闭环电控多点顺序喷射燃气系统。采用了专用的燃气汽车控制策略及高精度的燃气系统关键部件,实现了全功况的下的空然比精确控制。对整车进行了完整精细的标定及道路可靠性试验。结果表明,整车的动力性、经济性和排放性指标均满足开发要求,已投入批量生产。

Based on Changan Ford Mendeo car,an advanced mutil-sequential injection system was introduced.With the dedicated CNG control strategy and quality kits,the air-fuel ratio was well controlled in all CNG operating conditions.The field test shows that the dual fuel CNG Mendeo taxi has a satisfactory power,good fuel consumption and low emission after a careful calibration.The dual fuel CNG Mendeo taxi has been put into market application.
