摘要
车用发动机噪声水平是决定整车噪声水平的关键因素。本文针对某四缸汽油发动机噪声测试结果,运用数值仿真软件GT-POWER进行建模仿真计算。以进气道长度、压缩比、进气开启相位、排气关闭相位为可变因素;以比油耗、最高爆发压力为约束条件,针对满足功率、扭矩、燃烧噪声和油耗指标进行多目标优化设计。根据计算分析结果,对相关零部件进行了改进设计。对改进样机配装整车进行了加速通过噪声测试。结果表明:所采取的改进设计方案有较好的降噪效果,达到了GB1495-2002第二阶段噪声限值要求。
Noise level generated by Gasoline Engine is the key factor that affects the noise level of a vehicle.Based on noise test results of a four-cylinder gasoline engine,this paper establishes the simulation model by using simulation software GT-POWER.Based on the variables of inlet length,compression ratio,inlet opening phase and the exhaust closing phase,multi-objective optimization was conducted for power,torque,combustion noise and fuel consumption indicators with constraint conditions of fuel consumption rate and the maximum breakout pressure.According to the calculation results,the design for relevant parts was improved.The accelerating pass noise test was performed by using vehicle fitted with an ameliorated engine.The results show that the improved engine has remarkable noise reduction and met the requirement of the GB1495-2002 second phase noise limit.
