摘要
从公路客运站自身特性和旅客满意度评价特性两方面出发,通过分析客运站服务水平的影响因素,确定了客运站评价指标体系。采用层次分析法与合意度相结合的方法,对公路客运站服务水平进行综合评价,从而为提高和改进客运站服务质量和服务水平提供参考依据。最后,通过一个算例分析,验证了该方法的可行性。
Factors influencing the service level of a road passenger station are analyzed.A comprehensive evaluation index system for road passenger station is established on the basis of factors derived from both the station itself and passenger contentment.In order to have a reference for improving the service level of a station,comprehensive evaluation of station service level is made by adopting analytical hierarchy process combined with possibility-satisfactory degree.At last,the feasibility of the method is proved by an example.
