渐变复合腔回旋振荡管高频场分析 被引量:1

摘要 从模式耦合理论出发系统地研究了回旋管中过渡渐变复合腔的高频场结构,并考虑了TM型寄生模式的影响。研究了诸多因素的变化对谐振频率、Q值以及纵向场分布的影响。研究表明,在θ为55°时,渐变长度为2-6个波长,频率约为35GHz的渐变复合腔,利用第一腔中的TE51模式的场对电子进行适当的预群聚,然后利用第二腔中的TE52模式的场与电子进行互作用,其互作用的效果会更好,有利于电子效率的提高。因此,我们便得到了渐变复合腔的较好的冷腔参数。 The high frequency field structure of Gyrotron for gradual transitions complex cavities is analyzed based on the mode coupling theory in this paper.Considering the influence of TM spurious mode,and the influence of many factors on resonance frequency,Q value and longitudinal field distributing are studied.The study indicates that when θ3 is equal to 550,gradual transitions length is equal to 2~6 wavelength and frequency is near 35 GHz,good results of each other effects can be obtained for the fields and electrons.Therefore optimal parameters for the structure of Gyrotron gradual transitions complex cavities are found.
