摘要
基于MIL-STD-1773B总线传输技术,设计并研制了能够独立传输1773协议的光收发模块,具体分析了三电平技术的传输方案。该光收发模块由输入脉冲整形、脉冲调制、光源驱动、光电转换、前置放大、自动增益控制和比较电路组成,设计采用全直流耦合,支持突发工作模式,具有接收灵敏度高,动态范围大,传输距离远的特点。
1773 bus optical transceivers were designed based on the MIL-STD-1773B bus transfering technology, and three-level transfers project is analyzed in detail. The transceiver is composed of input pulse regulation, pulse modulation, laser driver photoelectricity conversion, preamplifier, auto gain control circuit and comparison circuit. The design adopts DC coupling and supports burst working mode. The transceiver has characteristics of low sensitivity, high dynamic range and long distance transmission
