控释复合肥对保护地黄瓜产量和品质效应的影响

A study on the effect of controlled-release compound fertilizers on the output and quality of cucumbers

利用田间试验,对控释复合肥影响大棚黄瓜产量、营养品质和安全品质进行研究.试验结果表明：在大棚黄瓜栽培过程中,控释复合肥能明显提高黄瓜的产量.在相同的条件下,控释复合肥处理的产量比对照增产1350kg·hm^-2,增产率达24.89%.结果还表明：控释复合肥处理的黄瓜其维生素C、可溶性糖的含量也明显提高,使黄瓜的商品性大大提高.控释复合肥具有控制释放氮素的作用,可显著提高土壤全氮和硝态氮的含量,也具有明显的后效.不同控释复合肥对土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响不大,转化酶活性增加效果不明显,具有降低多酚氧化酶活性的作用.不能提高磷酸酶活性,爱地尔对土壤脲酶活性影响最大,可显著提高土壤脲酶活性.

This paper is based on a field study on the effect of controlled-release compound fertilizers on the improvement on the output and quality of cucumbers. Under the same conditions, the output is 1350kg·hm^-2, having a yield increase of 24. 89%. Results also indicated that the compound fertilizers could upgrade the content of Vitamin C and soluble sugar. Controlled-release compound fertilizers can adjust the release of nitrogen and can thus improve the content of whole nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in the soil with notable aftereffect. Different fertilizers showed no differences on the level of catalase and activity of invertase. However, they could reduce the activity of polyphenol oxidase and were unable to improve the activity of phosphatase. Aider showed significant effect on urease and could markedly improve the activity of urease.
