摘要
师生的双边心理互动环境直接影响着教学效率,学生学的心理环境是课堂心理环境的主要构成因素,教师教的心理环境是决定因素,教师的人格魅力、情绪状态、激励措施、机敏应变能力等,都将对良好课堂心理环境的形成有直接作用,对师生双方构建和谐、融洽的课堂学习环境也至关重要.
The bilateral interaction between teachers and students directly affects the efficiency of teaching. Firstly, students' psychological state forms an important part of the psychological state in the whole class. Secondly, teachers' psychological state forms a decisive element. Teacher's personality, emotion, encouragement and the ability to act according to circumstances will affect the formation of a good class psychological state and plays an important role in forming harmonious and easy learning circumstances in class.
