摘要
简要叙述了近年来基因工程技术（ＤＮＡ重组技术）在医药工业中的应用进展，包括基因工程多肽药物品种开发、新药筛选模型的建立、改良菌种产生新的微生物药物、改进药物生产工艺。
Some application advances of genetic engineering technology in pharmaceutical industry including genetic polypeptide drugs,new screening models and methods,new microbial medicines,improvements of pharmaceutical production process,transgenetic animals and plants and antibody engineering are reviewed.
