STUDY ON EXTRACTION OF STRYCHNINE FROM Strychnos Piersiana A.W. HILL BY CO 2 SFE

采用ＣＯ２－ＳＦＥ法提取马钱子中的士的宁，并通过反相离子对ＨＰＬＣ法定量。考察了温度、压力、碱化剂、夹带剂、静态萃取时间。

CO 2 Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was used to extract strychnine from Strychnos Piersiana A.W.Hill and the content of strychnine was determined by ion pair RP HPLC.The effects of temperature,pressure,alkalizing agent,entrainer etc., static extraction time and dynamic extraction were observed.
