目的 探讨血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）的检测对小儿呼吸道感染疾病和疗效判断中的应用意义。方法 对121例患者和100例对照组儿童血清CRP采用速率散射比浊法进行定量分析。结果 实验表明血清CRP含量显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），且随疾病好转而降低。结论 血清CRP检测对小儿呼吸道感染病的诊断及疗效判断有一定的应用价值。
