乳腺冲剂成型工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 通过试验探讨乳腺冲剂的最佳成型工艺。方法 以浸膏干粉与辅料制粒以后的吸湿度及成型性等为标准,以确定辅料的种类及比例和辅料与浸膏的比例;以冲剂的外观、粒度、水分、溶化性为质量评定指标,来对颗粒剂的质量进行评定。结果 浸膏粉与赋形剂的比例为1:1时,制出的颗粒为最佳;采用糊精:乳糖(2:1)混合辅料吸湿性率低,成型性好。结论 选择糊精和乳糖(2:1)为辅料,浸膏粉与赋形剂的比例为1:1,为乳腺冲剂最佳成型工艺。 Objective To seek the best shapen technology of Mammary Gland Chongji through experiments. Methods Use moisture degree and shapen ability of extractive powder and supplementary that have been palletized as standard which can be used to decide the categories and proportion of supplementary and extractive ; use appearance , particle size, moisture, dissolvation as quality evaluating indicator. Result We can get the optimal particle size when the proportion of extractive powder and excipient is 1 : 1, and the best shapen technology when selecte the mixture of glucopyrose and dextrin(2:1 ) as supplementary. Condusion The best shapen technology - -selecte the mixture of glucopyrose and dextrin(2:1 ) as supplementary,the proportion of extractive powder and excipient is 1:1.
